Install the App on your Cellphone. There are no Settings to do, so you can just run it after installation.
The following screen appears which is the Home Page: (use landscape mode to read this on your cellphone)
This is the Home Page, to start your journey through all the available functions:
- Be aware of, as soon you run the App, the “Android Bottom Button Bar” will disappear. This is to avoid abuse while using the App. However, you need it to close the App. Just swipe up from the bottom of the screen and it will appear temporarily again, you can use it now to close the app or switch to another App.
- First thing to do is connect the App with Your TiMe Device, what is in your field of view and in operation.
- Choose the Menu Item “Connect to your TiMe”.
- This will bring you in the “Find TiMe Devices” screen.
Your Cellphone might ask for Bluetooth permissions for the App, just grant it.
- Use the scan button in the right bottom of the left screen to find Your TiMe Device. They are named like “TiMeyymmxxxx”. This is named according to the serial number of your TiMe Device. You will only see TiMe devices in the list.
- Press the “Connect” button.
- The next screen shows you that it’s connected. In the top of the screen, you see the TiMe number you are connected to. On your TiMe device, two Blue LED’s will light up to show it’s connected to the App.
- Exit with the “Go to Home Menu” button. That will bring you back to the “Home” page.
- If You get lost somewhere while using the App, just close it and it will disconnect from the TiMe device where it was connected to. Just start the App again and you have a clean start.
